Allows you to retain the original OEM factory fitted camera when installing a new aftermarket head unit on select Toyota, Scion and Subaru car models (Display and navigation model radios only).

PLEASE NOTE: If adding an aftermarket camera to the original system please use part number 27-249

 

Installation

 

To retain/ keep the factory reverse camera when installing an aftermarket unit

• Connect the Purple wire (BACK) to the 12v ignition/ switch live or reverse supply
• Connect the male Yellow RCA plug to the reverse camera input of the aftermarket radio
• Connect the ground terminal (On the Black wire) to the ground/ metal bodywork of the vehicle.
