Rear view camera adapter Fiat / Mitsubishi

Rear view camera adapters are required to maintain the OEM rear view camera.

These allow the connection of a factory pre-equipped camera to an aftermarket device with camera input.

Depending on the vehicle and equipment, the adapter provides the video signal RCA, a power supply +6V/ground for the OEM camera and the +12V revere gerar signal or this must be connected in the vehicle.

Vehicles with a 360° camera system or systems with moving distance lines may not be compatible.

Before installation check the correct assignment of the adapter to the OEM connector.

Many retrofit devices must be set to the camera function in the menu.

Note:

+6V power supply

connector: 8 Pin Mitsubishi
connector: OEM rear view camera > RCA(m) yellow camera input

black: GND clamp 31
purple/white: +12V reverse signal output

vehicles without +12V reverse signal in 8 Pin connector:
purple/white: +12V reverse signal input reversing light

OEM camera supply voltage: +6V

+6V supply voltage > before installation check for correct assignment with factory device by measuring
